Growing up in Rhode Island, Chip showed early on the characteristics of a future leader. He was a member of "Project Close-up" in which he served as an administrative aid to then Senator, Claborne Pell for two summers. He joined the Air Force right out of high school and embarked on a full time career where he earned a B.S in Fire Engineering as well as Associate's Degree in Education and Training, Fire Science, and Logistic Management. He is currently employed as the Budget Analyst for the 106th Maintenance Group.
Chip has honed his marketing/customer service skills through several avenues, including his work in the Air Force, household appraising, teaching, and as co-owner of a very successful landscape company. Living in Westhampton Beach since 1994 with his wife, Dawn, a native of the area, Chip has been proud to serve the community as a Chief in the Westhampton War Memorial Ambulance Corps and as a Chief in the Westhampton Beach Fire Department. He is also a member of the Long Island Emergency Joint Task Force. A self-professed "people person" Chip always brings self-confidence, integrity, and loyalty to the table as well as a great deal of knowledge of the area and the Hamptons in general.
Chip and his wife are the proud parents of three children, two sons and one daughter. Chip spends his free time camping with family and friends, jet skiing, and traveling. He looks forward to his new career in real estate and welcomes the opportunity to assist clients and customers with all their real estate needs.
